At Ledisa, we believe wellness is a journey. We have built this policy to give you the time and space to genuinely experience our patches, and to be fully transparent about how subscriptions and billing work. If anything is unclear, we are always just an email away.
Return & Refund
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. That is why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Ledisa products.
As with all consumable wellness products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you purchased a multi-pack order and are not satisfied, you may return any unopened, unused packs within 90 days of delivery. This is our standard practice and reflects our commitment to being fair to every customer.
To qualify:
- The pack(s) must be unused and in original, sealed, unopened packaging.
- Your request must be submitted within 90 days of your delivery date.
- A clear photo of each sealed, unopened pack alongside your order number is required at the time of your request.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Only one refund request is permitted per customer or household.
Please note: This guarantee applies to unopened, unused products only. Once a product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return. This applies to both single-unit and multi-pack orders. Opened packs from a multi-pack order are not returnable, but unopened packs from the same order are.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@tryledisa.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval
- Your bank or card provider may require a few additional days to post the amount.
- If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please email help@tryledisa.com
How to Start a Return or Refund
Email help@tryledisa.com and include:
- Your order number
- A short note about your experience
- For satisfaction refunds: your written statement confirming the product was unused and unopened use
- For unopened returns: a clear photo of the sealed product
We review all requests within 2 to 3 business days and will walk you through next steps once approved.
Return Shipping
If a return of an unopened or unused product is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including postage and carrier fees. We recommend using a trackable
shipping method, as Ledisa cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in transit. Returns that do not arrive at our facility will not qualify for a refund.
Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team upon approval of your request. Please do not send any item back without prior written approval.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
How Subscription Pricing Works
At checkout, you will see two purchase options for every Ledisa product. The subscription discount is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. By selecting the subscription option, you are agreeing to recurring charges at the discounted rate on your chosen billing cycle until you cancel.

We offer subscriptions because they let us pass real savings to customers who commit to a consistent wellness routine. The discount is genuine, and so is the recurring commitment. Please choose the option that feels right for you.
Pre-Shipment Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us at help@tryledisa.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to intercept the order before it enters fulfillment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under the Returns and Refunds policy in Part 1, or the Cancellation Policy below where applicable.
Order Modifications
Changes to your order, such as updates to the shipping address, product selection, or order quantity, may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered fulfillment processing. To request a modification, contact us immediately at help@tryledisa.com with your order number and the specific change needed.
Once an order has begun processing, modifications may no longer be possible. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
When to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, your cancellation must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date.
Important: Once your payment has been processed and your order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under the standard policy. Our team begins preparing orders immediately after each billing cycle to ensure fast delivery. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next charge.
How to cancel

Once cancellation is confirmed, no future charges will be made.
Already Been Charged?
If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, please contact us at help@tryledisa.com as soon as possible with your order number. While we cannot guarantee a refund once an order is in fulfillment, we review every case individually and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Please note: If a refund is approved for a cancellation request where the charge has already been processed, a restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers order handling, payment processing, and fulfillment costs already incurred at the time of the request
Restocking and Processing Fee
When a cancellation is requested after a charge has already been processed (for both one-time orders and subscription renewals), the following fee will be deducted from any approved refund based on the original order value:

This fee applies to both one-time orders and subscription renewals where the charge has already been processed at the time of the cancellation request. No restocking fee is applied if a cancellation is submitted before the charge is processed.
Grounds for Refund Denial
Ledisa reserves the right to decline a refund request under any of the following circumstances:
- The request is submitted after the 90-day window has expired.
- The minimum 30 to 40 day consistent use period has not been completed at the time of the request.
- The customer cannot provide valid proof of purchase when requested.
- The customer cannot provide the written attestation of consistent use when requested.
- An unopened return is sent without prior written approval or without the required product photo.
- The customer has already received a refund under the one-per-household limit.
- The refund request is connected to a chargeback or payment dispute already filed with a bank or card provider.
- The request is determined to be inconsistent with this policy or indicative of abuse as defined in the Policy Abuse section.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are eligible for refunds under the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
Important: The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your original purchase only. Subsequent subscription renewals are not covered under this guarantee and are governed by the cancellation terms above. Refunds are not issued solely for failure to cancel before a billing cut off.
Pausing or Adjusting Your Subscription
Not ready to cancel but need a break? You may be able to pause, skip, or adjust your billing frequency through your account portal.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ledisa's total liability arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order. Ledisa makes no warranties or representations regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products. Individual results may vary, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving any concern you have with your order fairly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or believe an error has occurred, we ask that you contact us at help@tryledisa.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider.
Filing a dispute without first contacting Ledisa and allowing a reasonable resolution period of at least 10 business days constitutes a violation of this policy. By placing an order, you agree to attempt resolution through our support team before escalating to your financial institution.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Ledisa reserves the right to: submit all relevant transaction records, delivery confirmations, communication history, and proof of product usage to contest the dispute; suspend access to future purchases pending resolution; and report confirmed fraudulent dispute activity to relevant fraud prevention services. A chargeback filed for an order confirmed as delivered, or where the customer has not completed the refund process outlined in this policy, may be treated as an unauthorized dispute.
Policy Abuse
Ledisa monitors refund and return activity to protect the integrity of this policy and the fairness of our guarantee for all customers. Patterns of behavior that suggest abuse of this policy may result in the denial of current and future refund or return requests.
Behavior that may be considered abuse includes but is not limited to:
- Repeated refund or return requests across multiple orders.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute while a refund request is already being processed.
- Attempting to obtain both a refund and retain the product.
- Providing false or misleading information in a refund or return request.
- Multiple refund requests from the same household, address, or payment method beyond the one-per-household limit
Ledisa reserves the right to deny any refund or return request it determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be inconsistent with the terms of this policy or indicative of abuse.
