RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return & Refund Policy
At Ledisa, we honor a 90-day return period, which means you have up to 90 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. All purchases from Ledisa including sale items are covered under this guarantee, provided they meet the conditions listed below.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and packaged in its original box. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return:
To begin your return, email us at help@tryledisa.com. Once your request is approved, we'll send you full instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please be aware: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, notify us immediately at help@tryledisa.com so we can quickly resolve the problem.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the eligible one and place a separate order for the new product.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved: We'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at help@tryledisa.com.
Unauthorized Returns:
Returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Subscription Orders:
For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as our system begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress at our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Bulk and Wholesale Orders:
Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible for free returns and are subject to shipping and restocking fees.
